Shipping
- Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States.
- Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: once your order ships, most orders arrive within about 9 days. In total, from the moment you place your order, most orders arrive within about 12 days (1 to 3 days of processing plus about 9 days of shipping). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
- Shipping cost: shipping is included in the price. There is no separate shipping fee at checkout.
Returns
- You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used eye-area products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or were not what you ordered.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
