Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Delivery time Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. Once your order ships, most orders arrive within about 9 days. In total, from the moment you place your order, most orders arrive within about 12 days (1 to 3 days of processing plus about 9 days of shipping). Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it.
Shipping cost Shipping is included in the price of our products. You will not be charged a separate shipping fee at checkout.
Taxes and import duties Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Import duties are handled by us and are not charged to you at delivery.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or delayed packages If your order has not arrived within the delivery window, contact us through the form on our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if needed.
